Is my data private?
Yes. Pocki processes everything on your device. Your scans, OCR text, edits, and exports never leave your iPhone or iPad. We don't have servers that store your documents.
Does Pocki work offline?
Yes. All scanning, text recognition, and editing run entirely on-device, so Pocki works without an internet connection.
How do I export a document as a PDF?
Open any document, tap the share icon, and choose “Export PDF”. You can then save to Files, send via Mail, or share to any other app.
How do I redact sensitive information?
Open a page in the editor, tap the redact tool, and drag a black box over the area you want to hide. Redactions are baked into the exported file and can’t be reversed by the recipient.
Which languages does OCR support?
Pocki recognizes text in dozens of languages out of the box, including English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, and more — using Apple’s on-device text recognition.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select Pocki to cancel or change your plan.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request one.
I lost my documents — can you recover them?
Because Pocki stores everything on your device, we don’t have a copy. If your documents are missing, check your iCloud or device backup. We strongly recommend using your phone’s built-in backup so your scans are protected.
